How are calls handled after business hours and at weekends?

Pioneer Home Care, Inc. is only a phone call away for our patients and their families.  After office hours (Monday through Friday from 9.00am to 5.00pm), you can contact our on call telephone service and our on call nurses who will answer all queries.  You may also contact Pioneer Home Care, Inc.'s Director of Operations at any time for all concerns you may have.  Important contact numbers are outlined in our Patient Orientation Handbooks.
